a someone in my building had left some bad food out bed bugs got in i go down to there apt. a lot and late last month i noticed a small black bug in my bed. can i get some info. on therm

thats not a bed bug, you cant see bed bugs, that is most likely a flea

It is most likely a flea – and it has nothing to do with the bad food. It is best to wash your bed stuff, put it in the direct sun for the day and get one of those canned bombs to treat your mattress/carpet and get your friends to do the same or you will never get them out
