EWWWW, I by mistake squeezed a bedbug and blood came out of it?
What does this mean? Do they have blood i them? Where do they get the blood from?

They feed on human and animal blood. If you found it in your house I suggest you get rid of them bc many people have severe allergic reactions from multiple bites.
