Wash your sheets in HOT water and with bleach if they are white and take a shower.

The key is to get the temperature up over 120 degrees F.
I’ve never had bedbugs…but have had to deal with lice. I threw all stuffed toys in a garbage bag & put them in the freezer for 2 weeks. I washed all the bedding in hot water, ironed all the beds & carpets to kill em off with the heat & sprayed alot of raid everywhere

Not only should you wash your sheets and shower you will have to disinfect your mattress.
washing your sheets in HOT water will get rid of them on the sheets but they actually live in your mattress (there usually visible around the side seam) unfortunately the only way to get rid of them completely is to call an exterminator
