My apartment got bedbugs from neighbor, but the lease include RLTO(Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance Summary), how can I break the lease?The next day, the leasing office sent pest kill company people to deal with it, but you know the bedbugs egg is strong, so I can not live their anymore. But I do not know how to break the lease, and the base on the RLTO , if I sue the landlord, I will be the person pay the attorney fee. so what can I do now.

bed bugs fall into a catergory of you being in danger. it should break the lease. also your landlord will have to buy you new couches and beds and anything else that your worried will carry the bedbugs. also i dont think it was from your neighbor i think your landlord knew they were in there and didnt tell you.
