question about treating bedbugs?
Hey guys, here is my situation….
I am moving out of my apartment which was just recently treated for bedbugs about 3-5 months ago into my dads. Ive already had my apartment treated and the bedbugs are gone, but we are wondering what to do with the rest of my furniture, clothes and other items id like to keep that i haven’t thrown away yet due to the bedbugs. How should they be treated and stored outside my apartment until I get my own place?. If anybody knows what to do I’d greatly appreciate the answer! thanks and have a good one.

Had exactly the same problem! Although pest control did most of the work, I was still worried with possible future pest issues.
What I did was: I rented a carpet steamer from my local appliance store. The one’s with a hose attachment are VERY helpful. I just steamed all of my furniture once every other day for two weeks. This REALLY helped! I haven’t seen one issue with those annoying pests in a LONG TIME.
There are also sprays specializing with bedbugs all around the internet and in some stores.
