My son, girlfriend and I have all been bitten by bed bugs at a hotel! Should we sue the hotel?
We r still at the hotel but in a different room. My son has 50+ bites all over his body. We took him to the hospital and they said they were bed bug bites.

Ewwwww, yes, you should consider suing. That either means the linens weren’t completely clean, or they don’t exterminate like they should.
no, my god, thats a chance you take by going to a hotel, get over it. dont sue and make others miserable over something like that.

bed bugs accure when the sheets/comforter ect. haven’t been cleaned in…quiiiiet awhile. The more dead skin cells && dirt build up on the sheets…the faster the bed bugs come.

how would u win that… I hope they countersue for a frivolous lawsuit… for 1 to win you have to have injury and damge.. a few bed bites probably doesnt cut it so ur gunna spend thousands of dollar and court time for nothing…and the bbed bugs would have come from a previous guest not the hotels fault
you can but i dont think youll win…its a bug bite. you dont have proof you were bitten AT the hotel

Go to thailand and you would have law suits galore haha, I got bitten tons and they suck, i tottaly understand. Unfortunately they are really hard to control as all it takes is one guy with them to sleep in the bed and its infested. They will have to be notified, or call the health inspectors to make sure no other beds are infested. As for sueing..im not sure if its a potential law suit. you can always consult with a lawyer. Your not the first or last who has got bed bugs, and ive never heard of that sort of law suit. good luck and use pure tea tree oil to get rid of the itch, works wonders
Yes,. that way other people would not get bitten by bed bugs when they go to that hotel.
