AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Nasty.
Call an exterminator. I’m pretty sure you’ll need to have your house sprayed with bedbug killer. They can hide in other places not just your bed.

What do you think? Answer below.

Okay, dont freak.

1.) Buy a bedbug spray

2.) You probably have them in your hair, ask your doctor if you need a special shampoo to kill them in your hair

3.) Get a good mattress, and make sure it has lots of cotton in it so the bed bugs cant bite through ,because they’ll make little holes in your mattress. I have memory foam, but a coolmax. Plan to get one of those.

4.) Spray your pillows too with bed bug sprary

5.) If still worried or if none works . You could get a exterminator

6.) GOOD LUCK! 🙂

You need to have the mattress cleaned by hot water extraction. There are many carpet cleaning companies that perform this process and it works very well with proper technique and cleaning solutions. Unfortunately, bed bugs also get in your carpet and therefore they need to be cleaned as well…but it will work! Be sure to contact a carpet cleaning company that specializes in remediation processes.

Pour boiling hot water over anything that can take it, that won’t fit in the washing machine. Get a metal platform bed frame throw away the box spring, Steam iron the mattress, let dry well, put the mattress in a dust-mite bag. Mop the floor with boiling hot water. Start getting rid of carpets in the bedroom, and decluttering..big time. (Good for allergies anyway). Suitcases and hanging garment bags should be emptied and laid in direct sunlight for 6-8 hours. When cleaning the closet, it’s not enough to vacuum/sweep the floor and wipe off the shelving. You must inspect/clean the trim of the door, the bottom of the door(s), and all of the cracks/crevices a tiny, flat bug could hide until it’s next meal! Next time you get bitten do it all again ASAP, and again until it stops.
I hope this helps!
John

YOU NEED AN EXTERMINATOR FIRST, THEN A NEW MATTRESS.

Wow, I feel so sorry for you, but do know how you feel. I went to a motel and that place had these dam little things and it can be quite difficult for you to get rid of them.
If you don’t know where to look for them, it can be even more difficult. They are just about 1/4 inch, so they are quite small. Once you have them, they can be just about anywhere that is warm and has a host for them to eat from (I am sorry to say that is you).
I am leaving a couple links below for you to read about this, where to look, what to look for and a how to get rid of them.
Getting rid of them is not a quick fix. It takes some time for you to completely get rid of them. Heat is the best way, but there is an alternative that you can read about. I know people who have tried this and has worked very well for them, so you may want to give it a try. The other alternative is to have a pest control company come over and do there magic, like I say heat is the best and I mean really hot. You can’t use a clothes steamer either, not hot enough.
Check out the links below and I wish you the best and I hope this gets rid of them for you.

Pour gasoline on everything in your bedroom, and than bathe and submerge your head in rubbing alcohol. Rinse and repeat if necessary.
