Do bedbugs ONLY attack skin… o.O?

in Bedbug Questions

Question by SWeeT_SiCKNeSS:
Do bedbugs ONLY attack skin… o.O?

or do they also attack clothing o.O [my question mark doesn’t work]. I have these weird bumps that itch and bug the living Hell out of me, but I haven’t seen anything. My clothes seem to be just falling apart – holes that come out of nowhere and stuff…. I’m just really confused and curious. I know bedbugs are blood hungry, so it seems unlikely that they would eat clothes, but it’s possible, right o.O….

Bedbugs ONLY feed on blood, they eat nothing else. They will hitch rides on clothing, bags, suit cases and such.

If something is eating clothing you should consider the Clothing Moth or Case Making Moth
