If you feel like you are itchy and being bitten, you’ve probably got them. You have to get the room sprayed, wash all sheets and clothes in hot water, either replace mattress or beat it well outside and air it out to get rid of bugs. They can come back, so it’s really a pain in the butt.

Bed bugs thrive on lack of air in warm places. You’ll have little bites if you have them, not very common these days but some ppl still get them.

The best way to get rid of them or prevent them is to leave a window slightly open or to not put you quilt back over your bed straight away. (perfect excuse for not making your bed, ha)

I used to have them…..still do, they’re a real hassle to get rid of. If you have little bumps on your skin after you wake up, you probably have them. Getting rid of your mattress won’t fix the problem. I recommend you call your local exterminator to rid of the bugs…..but even so they still seem to hide in a variety of places so getting them is very difficult and expansive.
