HomeSpectors Termite and Pest Control in Charlotte, NC is the best pest control in North Carolina. I’ve used them all over town at properties I manage. You can reach them at http://www.pestcontrolcharlotte.net, or call them at 704-393-0303. They are located at 200 East Morehead. They take care of Termites, spiders, mice, bedbugs, fireants, ants, roaches, and any other pest problem. They are safe too.

That’s a big ask. First up, try a large company, like Terminix (
6101 HARRIS TECHNOLOGY BLVD 250-1652
5100 REAGAN DR STE 7 250-1652
5005 W WT HARRIS BLVD STE G 250-1652
) for a quotation. Then try another two or three (http://charlotte.citysearch.com/listings/charlotte-nc-metro/pest_control_companies/81157?what=pest+control+companies ), perhaps smaller companies and compare before making your choice.
Bed bugs are tricky (http://www.orkin.com/other/bed-bugs ), termites can be depending on how your house is built but ants should be routine.
Make sure they talk to you about how to reduce the risks of future infestations.

I would say stay away from the biggies like Terminix… you get a salesman to do the inspection, the more he sells the job for the more he makes, and too what the tech makes (commission paid) Check with friends and family in the area and see who they use. Here is a link that has some names of smaller independent companies. http://www.ipconetwork.org/referral/referral.mv#North%20Carolina
