Do a Google search for “bed bugs” and then another for “bed bugs+migrating.” That should give you some options.

Yes, bed bugs can be carried through clothes. Once you have them, they aren’t fun to get rid of. If you have a major infestation, you may have to get rid of furniture, clothes, etc. According to the site listed below, they don’t cause disease, but I believe their bites can leave scars. They aren’t something you want to mess with or take lightly. For more information, just type “bedbugs” into your search engine. There is a lot of information out there. If you are concerned that you might have bedbugs, please check it out! Good luck, and here’s hoping you don’t have them.

Yep!
That’s how they get into hotels. – in people’s luggage.
And vice-versa.
