yes – launder your sheets and all bedding in the hottest water possible. Do this at least once a week if possible. Also, get special covers that zip up over the pillows and mattress (especially the mattress) that are anti-allergy and will protect the dust mites (bed bugs) from getting to you. You can buy them at Bed Bath Beyond or special allergy products websites I assume.

yeah, wash your sheets!
you should call an exterminator..you have got to treat your entire house..your carpet anything that could possibly have dust which is dead skin cells on it or in it..when you wash your laundry wash it in water that is at least 115 degrees..i read all about bedbugs on the mayo health clinic website..and you can too
Poor guy! Just the question makes me itch….
Bedbugs aren’t the same thing as dust mites, and just washing sheets won’t take care of them. You need an exterminator to come in and spray for them. I had a problem with them once and found that one treatment took care of it. We’d tried many other solutions before then.
You will need to wash linens and vacuum thoroughly, but you also need something to kill the little buggers.
