do i have bed bugs because i always see black and gray flakes on my bed or is it something else?
i saw a bug, only one on the wall it looked like a roach but i dont know what it is….
BUT when i put on the light i saw it and it ran away then i saw a roach on the floor coming from somewhere close to my bed that’s where i saw the bug. on the wall next to my bed.
so is it just a roach or a bed bug because i think I’m being paranoid.

if you have roaches you need to get rid of them! that is so gross! use combat to get rid of the roaches if you still see bugs call terminx

And if you have bed bugs, do ALL of your laundry in HOT HOT water and SEAL it in a plastic bag. You’re going to have to do something with your mattress–you might try a rug doctor and get an upholstery shampoo that has chemicals for bugs, like fleas. Pyrethins and Deet are two chemicals that will work. Do it on a day when you can have the windows open, or the heat on. You want it to dry for about 24 hours. You’re going to have to do the carptet or floor, too.
