anyone know how to get rid of bed bugs? store products or home remedies

There is 1000s of bugs in your pillows as well, you cannot remove them, and if you do they will be back in hours.

You’ll never get rid of bed bugs (cimex lectularius). That’s their home. They feed off your blood. However, you can minimize the number of them.
Hoover (vac) your mattress on a daily basis and turn the mattress round once a week.
Never sleep on just the mattress alone, never sleep with no cover on the duvet and wash your sheets at 60C or more,
bed bugs or mites?. Mites are in every bed and feed of old skin. but no big problem. bed bugs on the other hand bite, suck blood and sometimes leave you with a rash. It’s very tricky, to get rid of them. I read that you can smoke the mattress out. but also they hide in the cracks of the bed during the day.
