I live in a apt. and have bed bugs who has to pay to spray?
I am just curious if it is my responibility or my lanlords to get rid of them…I tried the spray you buy at the store but it did not seem to work.

It is your responsibility for bedbugs unless you can prove the entire apartment building is being overrun with them. Spray under the bed, between the mattress and spring, under the mattress cover, and wash all bedding and covers.
