What is our landlord responsible for paying in a bedbug extermination?
We had an infestation of bedbugs and it cost a bloody lot to get rid of them. Between the furniture sprays, powder for pets, bug bombs and all the laundry, it cost a pretty penny. What is our landlord legally responsible for paying in an extermination? What actions can we take if he refuses?

If there were NO bugs when you rented and the infestation came while you resided there then it is your problem and you pay.
