Do I have Bedbugs, There are Black specks as small as crushed salt powder, there is nothing bigger than that.?

When I checked under my bed one day, I saw these black specks small as a crushed salt crystal. I knew adult beg bugs are about 3-4 mm, so I checked the crevices and corners of my bed, nothing. The last vacation I took was at least 6 months ago. Can someone tell me what is going on?

If you have bedbugs, you will likely have bites. Red, itchy bumps that are usually grouped in several bites in the same small area. You’d know – they’re not something you’d notice later.

Little black specks aren’t a sign of bedbugs.

Are you having any itching, lesions, rash or other related Sxs? Check out Morgellons Syndrome. I recommend the following web sites, Mayo Clinic, University of Oklahoma, Moregellons research center, C.D.C., and GARDinfo@nih.gov. Black specks are often reported in Morgellons but there are others causes as well.Do you have any fuzzy blanket, etc.on your bed? Clean under your bed, entire room would be best, and see if you still have a problem. Good Luck!!!

It sounds like you do, most the time you will not see the bedbugs. Are you getting little red bumps on your body? You need to wash everything you can and replace what you can afford to on your bed. Your pillows should be replaced every 6 months anyways. Walmart sells bed bug spray, go get a couple cans and use them for a couple of weeks and make sure your vacuuming your bed. Keep washing everything until they are gone.
