I recently was looking for bed bugs and found strange bugs that look sorta like spiders?

But have a large round red back, we thought they were bed bugs because we also have those yay, but what we thought was a full of blood bed bug was a squishy part of the bug.

Bed bugs are in the Cimcidae family (see right). There are 90 species found worldwide on birds and mammals. They are usually 4 – 12 mm long, have small compound eyes, and all suck blood through their rostrum which is kept folded underneath the body when not feeding.
