Mix your bedding in with Hart’s Flea and Tic shampoo. Then spay the mattress down with any common household pesticide. Here is the tricky part though. Do NOT sleep on that mattress until it has dried out and been fumigated thoroughly.

wash your sheets
You will need to have your home fumigated because they can also live in furniture, rugs and such…Only cleaning the mattress won’t help. Call a pest control company. Also, buying a new mattress couldn’t hurt after everything is clean. Good luck : )
I was watching the show “How Clean Is Your House” and they showed running the vacuum over the mattress like you would on the floor worked to get rid of all the nasty stuff.Good Luck.
