What is that tingly feeling on my arms and legs at night in bed? Bedbugs?
Okay im not sure, but I always feel it…always. Whenever I lay down at night and go to bed i always feel tingly spots on my arms and legs. Someone said bed bugs, but I researched it and alot of times they are visible and you can see the bites. I never have visible bites, or I never itch. (The tingling goes away when I get up) Its always happened and Ive always felt this and Im just used to it. Is it mini bugs? Is it normal? Thanks

my guess is neuropathy and the cause could be diabetes so have your urine blood sugar tested. Could also be a pinched nerve and you get relief when you get up which relieves the pressure. In any case you need to get a check-up
