Question by EM23:
Will Bed Bugs Still Get On Me?
I read that bed bugs like to stay in mattresses. Well, I don’t sleep on top of a mattress. I sleep in a sleeping bag on top of the sheets. So it’s like this: mattress–>sheets–>sleeping bag. My question is, is it still possible to get bed bugs on me even if I’m not right on top of the mattress?

If you’ve got bedbugs in your apartment/house, then yes, they can get on you, even if you’re not right ON the matress.
Yes, it is possible.
If you are that worried about bedbugs you need to get someone in to get rid of them. They will still get on you and yes they will bite!! If there are small children in the house it is even worse—get help quick!!!!!!!
bed bugs are attracted to body heat. they will seek you out for a blood meal. no mater how many layers you sleep in they so small they will find you. you can how ever if no bed bugs are on your mattress already, keep them off your bed. they will also hide in any crack and crevis in your room. put your bed legs in a coffee cans and grease the inside of the cans then they can not crawl up to get you.
Yes they can and WILL. They travel any/everywhere to find you, meat, blood. It seems to me that your first priority would be to get a exterminator and get rid of them.
yes it is still possible. so to be on the safe side, once or twice a month take your mattress outside, pat it and leave it out for several hours. wash your sheets and sleeping bag atleast 1-2 times every 2 weeks. and keep any pets off the bed too
Mhm.
