Inspect each record closely, bed bugs hide during the day, normally close to a sleeping victim, under the lamp, behind a picture, in the bedding, etc. If these records were in a bedroom, it is possible they may be hiding in the collection. New York has been in the news lately because of the infestation. they travel from home to home in used bedding and furniture, or what ever is available. Good Luck

Bedbugs like to hide in paper, cardboard, wood, etc. If the records are in sleeves or album covers, check them thoroughly inside to see if there are any signs such as dark spots, droppings, bugs themselves. If not, you’re ok. If there are, you may have to get rid of the covers but the records themselves will be ok.
