You need someone to come and clean your mattresses (a professional). Look it up. You cannot see them and nothing repels them. Get a new mattress or sleep in a sleeping bag until you do.

Bed bugs/dust mites will always be there, even if you clean everyday. You can’t kill them all and there’s nothing you can do to repel them. Just keep your mattress and sheets clean. You can buy a mattress cover which will help protect the mattress.
