Question by (”\(o.0) :
How do you get rid of bedbug bites?

I started to have one bump on my chest and over the past few days I got more and more and now they are spreading down to my thighs. I looked up different bug bites and rashes and the ones I have looks about the same as a bedbug bite. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get rid of the bite marks and would it help if I get a new matress for my bed?

If you have bed bugs, the only way to completely cure the problem is hiring a professional. Otherwise, they’ll just keep sticking around.

Ask your doctor for some ointment, or there might be some at CVS.

for allergic reactions, you would need an antihistamine cream.

I don’t think you need a new mattress, there should be some kind of treatment you can use on it.

for example, google gave this among many others – http://www.pestcontroldirect.co.uk/acatalog/Pest_Control_Direct_Bed_Bugs_28.html

you need to get rid of that bed and wash all you exposed clothing plus you need a exterminater cause they go in everything and anything they come out at night and they are tiny and white at first then they go dark red they are hard to get rid of.

Your screwed-if you do have bed-bugs in your house you have to get rid of them…buy-n a new mattress will work for awhile but they will be back-you better get an exterminator b-4 you spend money on a mattress-if your looking for a cheap and easy solution avon makes a product its called (SKIN-SO-SOFT) its about $ 4 and you want the oil kind if you wear this oil nothing will bite you-its been used by our U.S. soldiers in Iraq its great for all bugs, fleas mosquitoes,bed-bugs-ticks and you can spray it on your mattress

I’ve heard those things are awful. Look under the mattress and see if you see any of them or their droppings. They are big enough to see. They are little flatbugs. If they are in your bed, then they are probably all over. They come out at night to feed on your blood. I’d worry more about getting rid of the bugs more than the bite marks. If you have them ,they will be back again. Seems like you would have had bites before now though if you did have them.Maybe you have a spider or flea bite.Maybe fumigate if they keep occuring. Good luck.

They can hide in the box springs too. Put a mattress cover on your mattress & another on your box springs. Buy some bed bug spray, $ 30, & spray hiding places around your bed. They come out at night & bite & then go back into hiding. Clean everything. http://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A0oGkm_BnDBJ_4QBhdtXNyoA?p=eliminate+bedbugs&y=Search&fr=ush-ans&ei=UTF-8

Bed bugs are really hard to get rid of. A friend had them and had an almighty job. They get everywhere and are resistant to just about everything. My friend read up a load and bought some products. This article was helpful. http://www.diy-pest-control.co.uk/latest/2016/08/how-to-get-rid-of-bed-bugs/
